Return & Refund Policy

At Ashburn Sauce Company, we take pride in producing high-quality sauces and Bloody Mary mixes. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ashburnsauce.com with your order number and photos of the issue if applicable. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Returns
We only accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ashburnsauce.com. Return instructions will be provided if your request is approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, damage during shipping, or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened food or beverage products
• Custom or special-order products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have additional rights under applicable laws, including a 14-day cancellation period where required. Exceptions may apply to perishable goods and sealed food products once opened.
