Crabby Mary Seafood Stew
Crabby Mary Seafood Stew using Ashburn Sauce recipes and Ashburn Sauce Crabby Mary Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 tsp. Diced Garlic
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
- .75 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 14.5 oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
- 10 oz. Crabby Mary Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 cup Frozen Cut Okra
- 1 pound tilapia fillets, cut into large chunks
- ½ pound sea scallops, cut in half
- 2 pounds mussels, cleaned (shrimp, cod, crab, crawfish, etc.)
- 1.5 cups Cooked Rice
In a large pot, sauté garlic, celery, green pepper, and onion in olive oil; stir in cornstarch. Add un-drained chopped tomatoes and Crabby Bloody Mary Mix together. Cook, stirring occasionally until it begins to boil; add okra. Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat, cover; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in seafood mixture and cooked rice. Simmer covered. May need to add additional liquid (Crabby Mary Mix). Stir and serve.
Yield: About 7 cups or 4 main dish servings.
