Crabby Seafood Stew


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Diced Garlic
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • .75 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 14.5 oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 10 oz. Crabby Mary Mix
  • 1 cup Frozen Cut Okra
  • 1 pound tilapia fillets, cut into large chunks
  • ½ pound sea scallops, cut in half
  • 2 pounds mussels, cleaned (shrimp, cod, crab, crawfish, etc.)
  • 1.5 cups Cooked Rice

Directions

  • In a large pot, sauté garlic, celery, green pepper and onion in olive oil
  • Stir in cornstarch
  • Add un-drained chopped tomatoes and Crabby Bloody Mary Mix together
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until it begins to boil; add okra
  • Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat, cover; simmer 10 minutes
  • Stir in seafood mixture and cooked rice
  • Simmer covered. May need to add additional liquid (Crabby Mary Mix)
  • Stir and serve
